
Refunds
This refund relates to a cancelled booking, an account credit arising from overpayment, a service-related adjustment, or another approved reason. Please note refunds will be paid within 30 days of submitting your request.
Please note that our system only allows one form submission per guest. If you need to submit the form again for any reason, please reach out to the park so we can assist you.
