Holiday park conditions

It is important to us that you get the most out of your stay, and in order to do that you’ll need to understand our holiday park conditions. These are important because they:

• explain your obligations during your stay including rights we need you to grant us; and

• explain how to keep yourself safe and what happens if things go wrong.

By making a booking to stay at NRMA Parks and Resorts (either directly with us or through our website), you accept these holiday park conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons staying at the park under your booking. If you made a booking with us via a telephone channel and were not provided with these holiday park conditions at the time of booking and you are not satisfied and do not wish to accept these holiday park conditions, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 48 hours of being provided your booking confirmation email. Please read these holiday park conditions carefully. Some terms used have a specific meaning given to them in the ‘definitions’ section below. Our agreement with you includes these holiday park conditions, the , our and any specific conditions of stay which may apply to the park you are staying at. You need to read all of these together and if there is any inconsistency between them, these holiday park conditions prevail.

Important Information

Risk: Your participation in activities or facilities at the park is at your own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for persons under their supervision and must evaluate any risks on their behalf.

Our limited liability: To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury however caused nor any consequential loss or damage, arising from your visit to the park, and you assume all risk associated with your visit to the park unless that loss, damage or injury is caused by our negligence or misconduct.

Additional costs: You may be liable for extra cleaning costs if you allow pets inside your accommodation and it is not pet friendly accommodation, if you fail to comply with our no-smoking policy, or leave the accommodation/site excessively dirty. You may also be liable for items missing from your accommodation/site or damage to our property caused by you (or those staying with you).

Consequences of material breach: If you commit a material breach of this agreement, we may require you to leave the park, evict your party from the park or suspend or prohibit access to our services and/or the park.
