Reservations
Reservations can be made via telephone (07) 4959 0152 or by submitting an email enquiry to enquiries@capehillsboroughresort.com.au. Reservations cannot be made online via our website.

To make a reservation, a credit card number (including the expiry date & last three numbers on the back of the card) will be required.

Room Reservations – A security deposit equivalent to the first night’s tariff is required for all room bookings made.

Site Reservations -  A credit card number is required to secure your reservation, however a security deposit of one night’s stay is required for any school holiday/long weekend booking. 

In addition, your postal address, contact phone number, number of guests and your estimated time of arrival will also be required at the time of making your reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be given 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur the cost equivalent to one night’s stay.

  •       Room bookings for Groups (2 or more rooms) during school holidays, Xmas, Easter require 14 days notice of a cancellation. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will incur the cost equivalent to one night’s tariff per room.

  •        Refunds are only available if your Site or Room is re-booked, a small administration fee may apply.

Terms & Conditions
  • CHECKIN Time   - is after 12pm for cabins and 11am for Sites. CHECKOUT time is strictly10am.

  • FULL PAYMENT - is required upon arrival. No refunds will be given for early departures.

  • OFFICE HOURS - 8am to 6:30pm - Should you be arriving outside of these hours please let us know in advance and we will make special
                         arrangements for your arrival.

  • BICYCLES         - if you are planning on bringing your children’s bikes, scooters etc please pack their helmets as we have a strict “No helmet,  
                         no ride” policy in the park.

  • CAR PARKING  - one car per room/site is allowed within the resort. Other cars will need to be parked in the public carpark near the front
                        entrance of the resort.

  • ROOM KEYS/BOOM GATE CARDS - A $20 cash refundable deposit is required at check-in for all room keys and Boom Gate access cards.

  • “QUIET TIME”    - commences throughout the resort from 9:30pm, partying & drunken behaviour will not be tolerated at any time.

  • CAMPFIRES     - are NOT permitted.

-        Please Note Takeaway Fish’n’Chips are available Friday & Saturday nights 5pm – 6:15pm during peak periods. There is no Restaurant available.
