The Area

The area consists of several beautiful bays and villages and at the end of the road is the Cape Hillsborough Nature Resort. Just forty minutes drive north of Mackay and surrounded by the Cape Hillsborough National Park you can leave the city jungle behind and enjoy total peace and relaxation. The Cape Hillsborough Nature Resort fronts Casuarina Bay with National Park on the other three sides creating a secluded environment for those who want to get away from it all. You are encouraged to relax, do a little fishing, take a walk in the National Park or do absolutely nothing at all.
